2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to use an online dating and social service in your location and provide accurate account information. Keep your login details secure and do not allow another person to use your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Respectful use

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, exploit, or discriminate against other members. Do not upload or share content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or infringes another person’s rights.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Queer Meet permission to host and display it as needed to operate the service. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or close accounts that breach these terms or create risk for members or the platform.

5. Coins, gifts and payments

Virtual currency, gifts, subscriptions, and other paid features are for use within the service and have no cash value unless expressly stated. Transactions may be subject to applicable fees, limits, review, and the platform rules shown at the time of purchase or withdrawal.

6. Safety and third-party interactions

Queer Meet does not guarantee the identity, conduct, or statements of members. Use good judgment, protect personal information, and arrange in-person meetings carefully. Report suspicious or harmful behaviour through the available reporting tools.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may revise these terms when necessary. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
